I was going through the latest housing statistics and thought I would share with you.
It looks like we may have reached the top of the price curve for Detached homes in the GVRD. There has been more of a build up of inventory over the last few months in the outlying areas and we are seeing price reductions in these areas.

Wow! Another hectic week in the Real Estate World.
The condo market in the Port Coquitlam area isn't showing signs of slowing yet. Last week I sold a 1 bedroom plus den unit on Wilson Ave and by the time we got to present our offer there were 11 competing bids. The 23rd Annual REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive is on the way once again and my office, Johnston Meier Insurance & Realty, is collecting items.
